modelo.
[ABSTRACT]
GAMA (Animated Models Automatic Generator) is a tool which makes easy the
quick generation of animated 3D models, prepared for a immediate use in last
generation graphic engines. The models (bipeds of human build) will count on
necessary animations and textures that allow the differentiation between some
characters generated with the same application.
With a clear an intuitive interface, the user creates a character in few minutes,
and prepares it for it’s subsequent export to a graphic engine. On this way,
GAMA becomes an extremely useful tool generating videogames’ proxies and
3D environment applications, due to the possibility of generating in few time
multiple and variated characters, which cover each of the graphic resources
needed by an audiovisual application.
Keywords: Maya, 3D, character, videogame, polygonal, animation, model.
Resumen: Immunoinformatics is an emerging new field that benefits from computational analyses and tools that facilitate the understanding of the immune system. A large number of immunoinformatics resources such as immune-related databases and analysis software are available through the World Wide Web for the benefit of the research community. However, immunoinformatics developments
have sometimes remained isolated from mainstream bioinformatics. Therefore, there is clearly a need for integration, which will empower the exchange of data and annotations within the scientific community in a quick and efficient fashion. Here, we have chosen the Distributed Annotation System (DAS), for integrating in house annotations on experimental and predicted HLA I-restriction elements of CD8 T-cell epitopes with sequence and structural information.

[ABSTRACT]
This Proyect is the continuation of others made during the years 2003/04. It has been divided into three big blocks: the first unit is orientated towards the future years in which the present document would be an essential tool for the installation and the following of its funcionality. To do this, quidelines are readily available for the installation of the program, the use of its environment, of a series of touches, papers and the arrangement of a series of bugs. The second unit, the playability of AGM has been improved by imitating the grafhic interface of the first version. The lack of information about the interface has been reduced as well as its relationships to the application, and therefore facilitating future comprehension problems and chages. A section with the improvements made and a study of the animation situation are also included. The end unit, a framework for the creation of stories in AGM, the development of a tool able to create missions in a simple, effective and quick way. The manner in which the editor is designed through diagrams of class and sequence and its links with the original AGM tool by the explanation of the main and fundamental code will be explained. Furthermore, a step by step practical tutorial of how to create a mission with the editor will be available.
